We want you to be completely happy with your island goodies! If you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, we'll exchange it or give you a full refund — no drama.

How to return — 4 simple steps:
- Download and print the Returns Form — or write the same info on a note by hand
- Pack your item securely with the completed form inside the parcel
- Post to our NSW address below using a trackable service with signature confirmation — we can't process returns without confirmed receipt
- Email us your tracking number so we can keep an eye out
